The Dora Baltea offers over 40 km of navigable routes of varying difficulty, suitable for both beginners and true enthusiasts.
The ideal season for rafting is from late April to early October, with water levels reaching their peak between late June and mid-July, offering more intense rapids for sports enthusiasts and quiet stretches perfect for families or schools.
We organize guided descents, family packages, school activities, bachelor/bachelorette parties, corporate experiences, and team building every day. The organization guarantees high safety standards thanks to the presence of professional guides certified by the Italian Rafting Federation, approved equipment, and an introductory briefing before each activity.
It is possible to combine the experience with other river sports, such as hydrospeed and kayaking, to fully experience the Aosta Valley from a new and exciting perspective.

What is included in the price?
The price of our rafting activities at the Rafting Republic Center includes:
- All necessary technical equipment: neoprene wetsuit (5 mm), neoprene shoes, helmet, and approved life jacket.
- Assistance from qualified and certified river guides who ensure safety at all stages of the experience.
- Use of the facilities: changing rooms, hot showers, relaxation area with deck chairs, and refreshment area/bar-cafeteria.
- Practical tests on land, safety briefing, and continuous support throughout the descent.
- Free access to the lake for technical trials and canoeing courses.
- Possibility to use the barbecue area and for packed lunches, tables and chairs, toilets.
