Returns and reimboursements

Instructions on the type of return:

Even if the kind of service offered by this site constitute an exception to the right of return – Art. 59 of the consumption code letter n) (omissis)….. the services regarding the free time activities in case the contract previews a specific date or period of execution- the GRAPE sc previews the right of returns from the contract as follows:

• For the cancellations communicated 3 days within the planned date of the activity will be returned the whole sum to the participant that cancels. In alternative, the purchase can be changed in a voucher of the same value to use in our centre within the solar year. In case the voucher is not used, the amount will not be returned.

• For the cancellations communicated last than 3 days before the planned date for the activity no money will be returned nor will be released any voucher.

To exert the right of return, You are required to inform us of your decision to withdraw from the present contract through an explicit declaration (for exemple a letter sent by post or email).

To respect the term of return, is sufficient that You send the communication relative to exercise the right of the return before the expiration period of return.

Effects of the return

The refunds will be made using the same method of payment that You use for the initial transition, except if You did not expressly agreed other ways; in any case, You will not pay any amount because of this return.

– Signature of customer(s) (only if the present form is noted in paper version)

(*) Cancel the useless wording.

Instructions model of the withdraw:

The total return of the corresponding amount is allowed only in case GRAPE SC deletes the activity the day before or the same day of the planned activity.
