WHAT IS KAYAK?
It is the best discipline to practice on the river, but also the most challenging.
For who is not a kayaker, we offer a course of three lessons of kayak.
OUR RUNS
KAYAK LESSON
Two lesson have to be in calm water before facing the river. Our first two lessons will be into the lake of the base with an instructor, but between a lesson and another we offer the possibility to practice whenever you want for free using our equipment. On the third lesson you will be taken on the river.

FOR EXPERTS
To run down directly the Dora with our kayaker are required the eskimo and the capacity to navigate waters of third class.

WHAT WE SUPPLY
Technical material (kayak, neoprene wetsuit and boots, water jacket, helmet, lifejacket, paddle, splash guard) the access to our lake until September (the trainee can come here to practice the learned exercise and, whenever he wants can book a lesson for the next level)
WHAT TO BRING
Swimsuit, shower kit, T-shirt and socks to get wet, if needed a glasses tie.
EXTRA FACTS
The Dora is not the only navigable river in Aosta Valley. The most reckless kayakers can enjoy also the tributaries, or better, they used to enjoy: from the Envers side only the Grand-Eyvia is still navigable. The other tributaries Savara and Dora of Rhemes are impractical because of human modifications. That’s too bad! On the North side of the Valley only the Buthier and Marmore are left which join the “calm” Dora Baltea through swifts and wave.
