Rafting in Aosta Valley: experience water and nature as you’ve never did before
Rafting means navigating a river through drops and waves created by rough water. The Dora Baltea river winds through the natural beauty of the mountains of Aosta Valley. Rafting is a group activity that has to be shared with one’s friends, an experience where each participant has an active role in the adventure. Rafting is a sport involving body and soul: adrenaline, fun, teamwork and action are the ingredients of the perfect trip on the rapids – to be shared and carried out in total safety.

WHAT WE PROVIDE
At Rafting Republic we provide you with a wetsuit, neoprene booties, helmet and life jacket: our equipment is cleaned and disinfected after every trip.
WHAT TO BRING
Just wear a t-shirt (or a thermal t-shirt) and a pair of socks which are bound to get wet on the river. We suggest bringing a change and everything you need to take a shower.
The Dora Baltea, the river we navigate, is never the same: heavy rains or intense hot weather can melt the glaciers and change the aspect of the river and its rapids. Gorges and courses are therefore new year after year.
At Rafting Republic safety is paramount and comes before fun.
We want you to have the safest possible trip with us and our river experts are certified and licensed by the FIRAFT (Italian Federation of Rafting).
